We are 12/12 ICC Heroic, having scored a 19th US Heroic Lich King kill. Our goal is to continue improving and to push ourselves to be as great a guild as we possibly can be in Ruby Sanctum, Cataclysm, and beyond. To this end, we expect the applicants we receive to be great players and members. Being in a top rank guild isn't of importance, being an absolutely great player, however, is.
We expect that as a player, you will offer us mastery of your role and class, being able to effectively manipulate all the utilities you have to offer, while also maximizing your performance in said role (whether it be DPS, Healing or Tanking). You will be expected to gear and play off specs in addition to your main role, and this stands especially true for hybrid classes. Willingness to do so will get you far enough, even if you are mildly inexperienced in your off specs. You should have a competitive and patient nature, as good will and humor do wonders for progression raiding. An enthusiastic and aggressive approach is appreciated and you will be expected to compete for your raid spot. We do NOT recruit for the bench.
We raid 4 nights a week during progression. Invites are at 7:00 PM EST (Server) and we raid from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM. We try to keep things efficient and as casual as they can be, while still vying for respectable world rankings. We run a unique atmosphere here in Pie Chart, and our goal is to be the best we can be, while also having fun.
